• Our tour leader will pick you up from your hotel to start this journey around 6:00 toward the Shala River, part of Koman Lake. Driving toward the North of Albania, we will get close to the Albanian Alps and sal through the steep canyons of Komani Lake
  The last kilometers of the Road to Koman Lake will pass through very bumpy roads and pretty remote sceneries, very little changed, even though one of the most important touristic sites.
  
• Once we arrive at Koman Lake, we will join a magic sail with a local boat into Koman Lake toward the Shala River. Often Compared to the Albanian Thailands, this part of the Koman Lake is quickly turning into one of the most appealing touristic destinations. The fresh, ice-cold water and pristine surroundings of nature will give you a relaxing and chilling. Around 4 hours free time at the Shala River [ Swimming , Kayaking ( 10 euro / hour ) , ZipLining ( 10 euro ) - activities options ). Around 15:00 we get ready to get the boat back to Komani Lake and from there we drive to Shkodra where we will visit Rozafa Castle.

Overnight in Shkodra / Shiroka

• After breakfast we start driving towards Albanian Alps. As we take the turn from the main road to Theth the area becomes more rural, with fewer cars but more wild nature and amazing landscapes. Due to its favorable position this area is famous for cultivating medicinal herbs. On the way to the top, we will pass through a steep sneaky hillside reaching up to 1700 meters above sea level at Qafa e Thores. They say this is the spot for the best picture of the Albanian Alps.
  

• We will have a short break for refreshment and start driving towards Nderlysaj where we start the hiking journey to Blue Eye. Blue Eye was formed by the erosion of the water from the melting snow of the Albanian Alps. The hike from Nderlysaj is about 45 minutes one way, with a hiking distance of 4.8 km both ways and about 100 m of elevation.
  You will not be able to take your eyes off this stunning scene of nature with its bright blue and green colours. The temperature of the Blue Eye is just around 5 degrees Celsius, would you dare to dive in? After this visit, we will head back to the village center and visit the Old Church and the “Lock in” Tower (symbol of Theth) where the stories behind the buildings take up centuries full of history.

• Later in the day, we will drive back through a steep sneaky hillside reaching Qafa e Thores. The elaborated zig-zags road through the mountainous terrain smoothens down little by little taking us back towards the city of Shkoder or Tirana.
